Reasons to Stay is a suicide prevention project. Anonymous letters from volunteers, reviewed by professionals, offer hope, support and a sense of connection to people experiencing suicidal crisis.

LGBT people in Switzerland face health inequalities. Mental and sexual health and substance use are key concerns. Discrimination limits access to care. The report recommends targeted measures and improved data to reduce these disparities.

- Psychological level: Examination of individual stressors and available resources
- Health status: Assessment of physical and mental health
