The victim support hotline 142 is a low-threshold, confidential service available 24/7. Relatives and close persons of victims of violence can also receive support through victim assistance services.
The victim support hotline 142 does not replace emergency numbers. In situations of immediate danger, please always contact the police (117) or emergency services (144). Access to support services provided by the police and other crisis intervention services is available at all times via the existing emergency channels.
