More than one in two occupational accidents take place in the service sector, as do complaints involving the muscles and posture that can be avoided or lessened by working according to ergonomic principles. Practical tips for improved health and safety at work are provided in the brochure published by the Federal Coordination Commission for Occupational Safety FCOS.
