For people without a residence permit, the Redcross Health Chat offers a low-threshold way to receive health advice. The advice is free and anonymous. Questions are handled by healthcare professionals.

mamamundo - Antenatal classes for pregnant women with a migration background
mamamundo provides access to antenatal classes for women who do not speak one of the Swiss languages. These classes have been available and popular in Switzerland for decades, but are only available in the national languages.

The focus is on improving the health literacy of pregnant women with migrant backgrounds and promoting relaxation through physical exercise.
Postpartum Care – mamamundo
mamamundo offers childbirth preparation courses for pregnant migrants, which are interpreted by intercultural interpreters. As part of the pilot project “Interpreted Postpartum Care”, the service is now being extended to the postpartum period.
