People with a refugee background often need psychosocial support. In Switzerland, access to such services remains insufficient.
SPIRIT addresses this gap by strengthening the resilience of refugees and promoting equitable access to appropriate healthcare.
What are SPIRIT’s objectives?
The overall aim of SPIRIT is to reduce psychological distress and stress levels among refugees. By improving mental health and resilience, the programme empowers participants to act independently and confidently in their new social environment, supporting successful integration.
